Rajveer bonds with Raavi, who is a very fun-loving and religious girl. Her mother has passed away, and she manages her father's flower boutique. Every weekend, Raavi offers free guidance to tourists visiting Vaishno Devi. Who later becomes a significant figure in Rajveer’s life. Tragedy strikes when Rajveer’s beloved grandmother passes away unexpectedly. Her death falls Rajveer into a hopelessness state. His mental health deteriorates as he struggles with grief and loneliness. Concerned about their son's well-being, Rajveer’s parents seek advice from their family doctor. The doctor diagnoses Rajveer with severe emotional trauma and suggests that a return to their native India might help him heal by reconnecting with familiar surroundings and cultural roots.
