- To stay in the CUE Plus Platinum Level and keep the benefits, you need to earn 5,000 points within 12 months of becoming a Platinum member. If you earn less than 5,000 points but more than 2,500 points you will become a Gold member again. If you don’t earn 2,500 points in this period you will become a Silver member again.
