  • The Following Stipulations Outline the Foundational Framework Through Which CUE Cinemas Extends a Range of Services and Digital Content For Your Convenience. By Accessing this Online Platform and Availing the Services and information Provided Herein, you are bound by and acknowledge your adherence to these Specified Terms and Conditions.
  • Tickets are Non-Refundable, Non-Exchangeable and Non-Trasnferable.
  • CUE Cinemas will not Hold Responsibility nor Otffer Compensation / Refunds in cases of uncollected Tickets or non- attendance to the specified show indicated on the ticket.
  • We Have Designated Smoking Spaces.
  • Recording using mobile cameras or any other recording devices is Strictly Prohibited.
    • The use of Mobile Phons is explicity Forbidden within the auditoriums.
    • Outside Food and Beverages arre prohibited within the cinema complex.
  • Valid Tickets must be in your possession thtoughout the entirely of your visit. (The Management Reserves the right to refuse entry of a valid ticket for the designated showtime cannot be presented).
  • Admission Rights are Held by the Management.( The Management Retains the Prerogative to deny entry or request the departure of any indivisual fromt he premises without the obligation to provide justification).
  • Should You Encounter and error during th online booking process, or if a booking confirmation message is not received from CUE Cinemas despite the amount being debited from you Credit Card, we kindly Request that you promptly submit a web Query via our official website.We Will then initiate the necessary procedurers to facilite a reimbursement of the charged amount from your bank. Please note that the reversal process is overseen by the bank and could take up to 21 Business Days. In Such instances, your initial booking remains unconfimed, and we advise against attending the cinema for said booking. if needed, please proceed to make a Fresh Booking.
